As a part of Public Administration Reform Monitoring (PARM) project, a monitoring survey has been carried out and a report has been prepared on the results achieved by the public administration in the areas of transparency, accountability and integrity.

Monitoring included a total of twenty (20) institutions at all levels of government in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). The following institutions were included in the monitoring survey: Ministry of Justice, Civil Service Agency, Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office (PARCO), Ministry of Defence, and Communications Regulatory Agency (state level, BiH); Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, Tax Administration, Civil Service Agency (entity level, FBiH); Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-government, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Labour, War Veterans and Disabled Persons’ Protection, and Civil Service Agency (entity level, RS); Department for Administrative Affairs, Subdivision for Human Resources, Mayor’s Office, Finance Directorate, and Department of Public Records (Brčko District).
