National Working Groups (NWGs) are national consultative mechanism for participation of civil society in the dialogue with relevant public authorities on design and monitoring of public administration reform (PAR) processes in the Western Balkans (WB). NWGs are constituted in each of the Western Balkan country as national extensions for dialogue on PAR of the wider mechanism - regional WeBER Platform. Announcement for each of the WB countries is given below for CSOs interested in becoming members.

Seminar for CSOs in Montenegro on SIGMA Principles of Public Administration

Institute alternative (IA) has organised a Workshop for civil society organisations on Principles of Public Administration, on February 1st in Podgorica. More than 40 civil society representatives had the opportunity to learn from SIGMA experts, Mr Timo Ligi and Mr Daniel Ivarsson about Principles of Public Administration, the importance of public administration reform, the work of SIGMA and the correlation with the EC reports, as well as the key findings from the SIGMA’s Baseline and Monitoring reports for 2015 and 2016. The workshop was organised within the project Western Balkans Enabling Project for Civil Society Monitoring of Public Administration Reform (WeBER).
