The interruption in the relationship between state and citizens in the provision of public services

11/5/2018 – Research results within the WeBER  (par-monitor.org) Regional Project shows that only one-third of citizens believe that the state asked for their proposals on how to improve public services in the last two years or that they, users of public services, have the opportunity to give their opinion on the quality of those services. Almost 80% of citizens – both in Serbia and in Montenegro – say they have had no opportunity to give their opinion on the quality of services they have received from the state for the last two years.

Following the Public Administration Reform in Serbia

The Bečej Youth Association (BUM) will follow public administration reform process at the local level in five surrounding municipalities. BUM will, in the next year, together with other grantees of WeBER Project, monitor the implementation of public administration reform in accordance with the Principles of Public Administration, as developed by SIGMA/OECD Programme, one of the programs financially supported by the European Union.
within the framework of the Weber Project.

11/28/2017 – The press conference on the participation of OSI in the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of the implementation of the budget of the city of Podgorica is part of the project "Provide (IT) Inclusion Funds (Obezbedi (TI) sredstva za inkluziju – OSI)" funded by the European Union and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, through the WeBER Project.
